“Greetings, my loyal subjects. I am Rouffe, representative of the royal house of Celia.”

Rouffe, as a respected Princess, she imbues everything she does with deep significance that others have trouble fathoming.


The sole Princess of Celia, and the only daughter of the Celia Royal Family. Together with the Queen, she has handled all affairs of state following the King's death from his illnesses. She is mainly responsible for handling international diplomacy and acting as the face of the nation.

Reserved and upstanding by nature, she has her own style of speech and rapidly conveys her noble and elegant character. However, she hides a very girlish side within her, too. With regard to her position as Princess of Celia and member of the royal family, she is often thinking of how to do things better, and thus is quick to put pressure on herself.

She is the reincarnated vessel of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and one of the two originary deities. It seems that her divine powers have been mixed up with something else, though, causing her to turn into a brutal egomaniac from time to time. Things only take a turn for the better when she meets Eros and agrees to work together with him.

瑟曆亞唯一的正統公主，亦是瑟曆亞正統皇室血脈的獨生女。在老國王因病去世後，便與皇后一同扛起國家大事，主要負責外交與國家門面的國政要務。

個性拘謹正經、談吐有格調、舉手投足皆散發高貴典雅的氣質，但私底下也有非常少女心的一面。面對皇室與公主的身份，時常想著要怎樣才能做得更好，卻也因此累積壓力。

實際上是兩名原初神之一的愛芙黛蒂的轉生宿體，但似乎還有其他雜質混入了她的神格之中，使得露妃偶爾會黑化，變得狂妄兇暴。直到遇見艾洛斯才好轉，並成為一起行動的契機。

How do you feel about Princess Rouffe?
I've never heard a bad word said about her. She must be a very
virtuous person.
Ever since she appeared, it feels as if the whole of Celia has been
rejuvenated.
Every holiday, celebration, performance - every day feels lively and exciting!
But... Even with the Queen's support, she must feel so much pressure from having to handle the nation's affairs at such a young age.
If she cracks under pressure and makes a big slip-up, she'll humiliate the whole of the royal family!
It's good that her diplomatic efforts are creating dialog, too. I've always wanted to take a vacation and go sightseeing around Ringlos.
I hope one day I'll be able to go there without a visa or any of that stuff!

對露妃公主的感想？
感覺沒聽過什麼負面消息，應該算是個蠻正派的人吧。
自從她出現之後，整個瑟曆亞感覺就年輕了起來。
各種表演、節日、慶典，每天都很熱鬧！
不過……雖然有老皇后在撐腰，但像她這樣年紀輕輕就掌管國家大事，讓人不免有些擔心。
要是因為不夠沉穩而鑄下大錯，那可是會讓皇室蒙羞的喔！
還有就是外交的部分，要是能跟其他國家有更多交流就好了，我一直都很想去環形城觀光看看呢。
希望能夠等到可以免簽證去環形城自由行的一天！

A few days ago, Princess Rouffe came top of the approval poll held by this magazine and beat her fellow members of the royal family with 70% of the vote, the highest approval rating on record.
That said, some members of the public pointed out that Princess Rouffe doesn't seem to be herself as of late. Though she's decisive in her dealings, she also seems to be getting up to something. She's been initiating underground tunneling projects for no apparent reason, collecting ancient artifacts left, right, and center, and has been known to give people an eerie feeling, as if something strange has gotten into her...
A spokesperson for the royal family has stated that the aforementioned matters are nothing but rumors and speculation, and refused to comment further. It seems that the Princess still has a long way to go before she wins over the entirety of her people's support.

日前，露妃公主在本週刊舉辦的支持度大調查之中，以百分之七十的得票數力壓所有皇室成員，一舉拿下冠軍寶座，甚至打破了歷年來的得票紀錄。
話說如此，也有民眾指出最近露妃公主好像有些不一樣，雖然變得處事果斷，但似乎總是在偷偷做些什麼事情，例如毫無理由進行地下通道的工程、四處蒐集像是女性飾品的歷史古物，而且有時還給人一種陰森感覺，似乎被什麼髒東西附身的樣子……
對此，皇族發言人僅表示上述關於露妃公主的負面消息純屬謠言，並不再多做回應。看來公主在獲得全民支持的路上，尚有很長一段路要走。
