這列表主要是參考 骨灰集散地 網(wǎng)站裡面的資料，再加以整理而成。圖片來源、年份多半是 wiki 網(wǎng)站、或是 MobyGames 網(wǎng)站上的，有些和骨灰站寫的時(shí)間有差距，一來因?yàn)閭鱽砼_(tái)灣可能會(huì)晚上一兩年，二來是改成 PC 版的時(shí)間、或中文化的時(shí)間比較晚所致。

發(fā)現(xiàn)骨灰站有一篇：軟體世界說明書補(bǔ)完計(jì)畫－掃描進(jìn)度表，所以我把表格後面的部分補(bǔ)上了……
不過同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)這一篇跟骨灰站放在 One Drive 的檔案有一部分對(duì)不上，像珍藏版001進(jìn)度表上都打◎，表示應(yīng)該有收集到，但骨灰站的 One Drive 卻沒發(fā)現(xiàn)；或是骨灰站本來就還沒收到，這些就畫線劃掉……
