The Japan aerospace exploration agency JAXA has disclosed eight scientific missions for its astronaut Hoshide to conduct on international space station(ISS). He will head for the ISS with two NASA astronauts and another from European Space Agency on April 22. This is the second crew launch to ISS for US private company SpaceX. The launch will take place at the facility of NASA in Florida.
The missions include an experiment on how a living organism senses gravity. Another experiment is about the evaluation of the performance on a new device which was designed to produce drinking water from wastewater. Hoshide will stay on ISS next 6 months and serve as a commander of the ISS.
