It's the most important day in my internship program yesterday, the final presentation for 1-year internship program.

Two weeks ago, there is a rehearsal for this presentation at the staff meeting of our director. However, since the notification comes late and there is a time conflict with my college thesis meeting, I didn't prepare well at that time. Though I've discuss with my mentor several times, I still complete my presentation slide last day of rehearsal. As my expectation, I fxck up.

After that, we started a marathon of optimizing my present. I felt so bad since my manager trust me for the preparation, but I fxck up in the director's sight and link to the responsibility of mentor and manager. I think this may decrease his performance score in director's mind.

In the two weeks, I had quit every routine meetings, focusing on my preparation. I analyze some reason for the bad performance that day. One of the important thing is the presentation is required in English. It so difficult for me because I used to say every thing I just thought while presenting. However, within English, I cannot find the proper words or sentence instantly. It would make me freeze on the stage thinking what is the following words and the pronounce. According to the reason, I edited the ratio of the attention between myself and the slide from 7:3 to 3:7. Furthermore, the content of slide include much more script than before.

At the beginning, we wanted to construct a cool demo for showing our work with interaction with audiences, but we gave up since there wasn't any idea good enough. In the rehearsal, I showed a recorded awkward demo video. The video looks terrible. With discussion, I promote an idea around a real case in our business. But we didn't have enough time for implementing the real functionality for demonstration. Last weekend, I take a long time video editing, complete a fake demo video. It looks so real that my mentor and manager amazed by my well-done work, they told me though they knew the video scene is fake, but still clearly imagine the real functionality.

Finally, after my hardworking, the presentation preparation finished.
