COMMENT POLICIES

Comment Form Guidelines: The comment form must be filled in with a proper, legitimate sounding name and/or an active URL at the time of commenting. Comments using keywords, spam or splog-like URLs or suspicious information in the comment form will be edited or deleted.

E-Mail Privacy: Active and legitimate e-mail addresses are required for commenting, and they are not published on the blog, nor shared. They may be used by the blog owner to privately contact the commenter (hereafter “commenter” and/or “user”).

Commenter Privacy and Protection: All e-mail, snail mail, phone numbers and any private and personal information posted in any comment will be deleted as soon as possible to protect the privacy of the commenter. To prevent such editing, never share this private information within the blog comment, wherein the commenter assumes all risks by failing to follow such guidelines.

Language and Manners: The creator’s intent is that the blog is and shall remain “family friendly.” Comments, when viewed subjectively from the blog owner/administrator, will be edited and/or deleted when not deemed to be “family friendly.” Such comments include, inter alia, offensive or profane language, and/or comments deemed to be rude or inappropriate. Please be respectful. 

A Comment is Conversation: A comment that does not add value to the conversation, runs off on an inappropriate tangent, or stifles the conversation may be edited, moved or deleted.

Limit Links: This blog is set up to automatically hold in moderation any blog comment with more than two links, which may delay your comment from appearing on this blog.  Any blog comment with more than four links may be marked as spam.

How the Blogger Will Respond: Comments on this blog will only be responded to in direct response to the blog comment. The blogger will respond privately via e-mail.

What to Do If Your Comment Does Not Appear: If you leave a comment on this blog and it does not appear in a reasonable time period and you believe it does not violate these Comment Policies, contact the blogger at dambrosiojames@yahoo.com.

This agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. In the event any part of this Agreement is invalidated by court or legislative action of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

FORUM

Any legal action must be filed in a court physically located in Suffolk County, New York, regardless whether a Federal or State Court is selected.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Agreement. Any purported assignment and delegation shall be ineffective. NPC may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the Agreement, fully or partially without notice to you. NPC may also substitute, by way of unilateral novation, effective upon notice to you, NPC for any third party that assumes our rights and obligations under this Agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms are the entire and exclusive agreement between NPC and you regarding the Services (excluding any services for which you have a separate agreement with NPC that is explicitly in addition or in place of these Terms), and these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between NPC and you regarding the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If the revision, in sour sole discretion, is material, we will notify you. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
