Comment Form Guidelines: The comment form must be filled in with a proper, legitimate sounding name and/or an active URL at the time of commenting. Comments using keywords, spam or splog-like URLs or suspicious information in the comment form will be edited or deleted.

FORUM
Any legal action must be filed in a court physically located in Suffolk County, New York, regardless whether a Federal or State Court is selected.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Agreement. Any purported assignment and delegation shall be ineffective. NPC may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the Agreement, fully or partially without notice to you. NPC may also substitute, by way of unilateral novation, effective upon notice to you, NPC for any third party that assumes our rights and obligations under this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms are the entire and exclusive agreement between NPC and you regarding the Services (excluding any services for which you have a separate agreement with NPC that is explicitly in addition or in place of these Terms), and these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between NPC and you regarding the Services.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If the revision, in sour sole discretion, is material, we will notify you. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
