HELP THE NONPROFIT COMMUNITY: TAKE THE 2013 NONPROFIT SALARY AND BENEFITS SURVEY. JUNE 28 DEADLINE

By James D’Ambrosio

JamesProfile1TwitterThe Nonprofit Times, in conjunction with Bluewater Nonprofit Solutions, invites agencies to participate in the 2013 Nonprofit Salary & benefits Survey — the largest, most comprehensive survey in the sector — providing detailed information on 94 employee benefit offerings, 28 job families and hundreds of positions, including key performance metrics. Results, compiled in a full report, will be displayed with multiple views, allowing easy comparisons against similar organizations by geographic location, operating budget, number of employees, and field of work.

ABOUT THE SURVEY — WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Some key points about this year’s survey:

1) Everyone completing the survey receives a FREE Executive Summary of the results including salary data for all positions, and a 50 percent discount on the full report (currently $285).

2) The online survey can be taken with all major Web browsers — Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

3) Friday, June 28, is the deadline for completing the survey. Results will be distributed in October 2013.

4) New for 2013: Agencies participating in 2011 or 2012 can use their existing data, you just need to change information that’s different. (Look for an e-mail from The Nonprofit Times with instructions on how to log in and access this new feature.) There’s also more prompts guiding participants.

5) The questionnaire collects information on: | budget size | employee turnover | salary increases | employee tenure | staffing levels | geographic location | field of work |number of employees.

6) Participant Confidentiality. Information provided won’t be shared directly with any other organization or identified in additional survey reports. Your agency’s name may be displayed in future lists of survey participants for reporting and marketing purposes.
