雞腿2隻
雞腳5隻
白胡椒粒 3克
白胡椒粉 3克(可隨喜好增減)
蔥4根
老薑5克(可隨喜好增減)
鹽少許

White peppercorns 3g
White pepper powder 3g (add as you like)
spring onion 4
aged ginger 5g (add as you like)

1.雞腿去黃色角質去雞毛 泡溫水20分鐘去血水,取出備用
2.雞腳去指甲,泡溫水20分鐘去血水
3.蔥打結,老薑不去皮切片
4.處理好的雞腿雞腳放入內鍋中,加入胡椒粒、胡椒粉、蔥結、老薑,加入清水直至蓋過雞腿
5.電鍋外鍋1杯水跳起,燜10分鐘,,再以1杯水直至跳起
