材料
去骨雞腿排 2隻腿
咖哩粉10克
糖10克
醬油膏15克
無糖花生醬10克
大蒜 3瓣
油 5克/2小匙
低筋麵粉 適量
Boneless chicken leg 2
Curry powder 10g
Sugar 10g
Soy sauce 15g
Peanut Butter(sugar-free) 10g
Garlic 3 piece
Oil 5g / 2 tea spoon
Low Protein Flour
1.大蒜切末
2.去骨清雞腿排泡溫水15分鐘去血水,瀝乾後切成一口大小
3.除麵粉及油外,加入大蒜及所有調味料,攪拌均勻
4.加入1小匙油,攪拌均勻
5.蓋上保鮮膜,放入冰箱,醃製最少30分鐘
6.取出後沾滿麵粉,平舖在微波容器上,不可重疊,雞皮必需朝上,以利雞油往下流,及保護肉汁不流失
7.以湯匙或刷子,沾油抹上雞肉表面,確保所有沾了麵粉的地方都有塗抹上油
8.大火微波8分鐘(喜歡脆點可微波10分鐘)
9.取出後可以廚房紙巾稍微吸油,即可食用!可配上檸檬汁、蕃茄醬等各種帶甜味或酸味之醬料增加清爽度!
