材料
鮮奶100ml
未打發鮮奶油50ml
蛋白1個
1.將鮮奶及鮮奶油混合
2.加入蛋白
3.覺拌均勻
4.以微波爐最小火先微波1.5分鐘~2分鐘(或以電鍋一杯水跳起)
5,取出檢查有否凝固
6.無凝固再微波1分鐘後取出檢查
7.重覆至完全凝固後冷藏
8.食用時可加蜂蜜/果醬/巧克力醬調味
Sugar-free panna cotta
Milk 100 ml
Cream 50 ml
egg white 1
1. Mix milk and cream
2. Add egg white
3. Stir until incorporated
4. Use low heat,heating 1.5 minutes ~ 2 minutes
5, Check it is hard enough.
6. If still soft,heating 1 minute again.
7. Repeat until completely frozen.
8. You can add honey, jam, even chocolate with your panna cotta.
